Ford Logo Emblem Corrosion

The EcoBoost Emblem and the front ford logo appear to have corrosion underneath the logo itself. What causes this? Is there any way to fix it?

I only have 24,700 miles so I'm considering going back to the dealership and asking WTF is going on.

I had 2 or 3 rear Ecoboost badges replaced under warranty on the 2013....

My 2011's rear Ford emblem is doing that same thing..the bumper to bumper warranty is up on my car so I was looking at some overlays on ebay to put a band-aid over it more or less.

Must not be sealed properly.  Time for the oven?
2007 Ford Edge SEL, Powerstop F/R Brake Kit, TXT LED 6000K Lo & Hi Beams, W16W LED Reverse Bulbs, 3BSpec 2.5w Map Lights, 5W Cree rear dome lights, 5W Cree cargo light, DTBL LED Taillights

If tuned:  Take note of the strategy code as you return to stock (including 3 bar MAP to 2 bar MAP) -> take car in & get it serviced -> check strategy code when you get car back -> have tuner update your tune if the strategy code has changed -> reload tune -> ENJOY!
