Just putting this out there because not many people run this size on their cars.  I know most run either 245/45 or 255/45, but not much about 245/50.  It's been mentioned a couple times on here, but not too much info out there.

Just put these general altimax rt43's on today and they're a perfect fit.  I was worried if they'd be a little too beefy, but they look great.  No clearance or rubbing issues at all.  You'd think these were stock if you didn't know any better.  They fit the wheel well perfect.  Speedometer is going to be off a little, but whatever.

3.3% or thereabouts, but can be adjusted with tune/in IDS.

Tires look good!
2007 Ford Edge SEL, Powerstop F/R Brake Kit, TXT LED 6000K Lo & Hi Beams, W16W LED Reverse Bulbs, 3BSpec 2.5w Map Lights, 5W Cree rear dome lights, 5W Cree cargo light, DTBL LED Taillights

If tuned:  Take note of the strategy code as you return to stock (including 3 bar MAP to 2 bar MAP) -> take car in & get it serviced -> check strategy code when you get car back -> have tuner update your tune if the strategy code has changed -> reload tune -> ENJOY!

Thanks - I'm happy with the look.  Pretty sure the % difference only makes a difference for the AWD system if i'm running different sizes front and back.  Shouldn't matter if all 4 are the same.  The snows i run are 3.7% smaller than the stock 245/45's and it doesn't affect anything.  Only thing that's affected is the speedometer.  No big deal for me.
