Has anyone here dealt with this TSB and got it fixed? My car has a weird slight knock/thump sound when I first start the car and start to drive. Last maybe 2-4 seconds and only at low speeds only when I first accelerate and only the first acceleration of the drive. I think this is the right TSB for this problem but if anyone has had this same issue please chime in and let me know what you did to take care of this.

Oddly enough, the newest TSB is numbered 11-12-10!

I had it this on my 2011, very random occurrences, might happen once a week, might happen 2 times in a day. Unable to convince service manager at dealership the TSB needed performed. Ended up trading in on my 2013.

Wow, that's an interesting fix for the problem!  Everyone should feel free to change dealerships when something like this happens, including trying on a Lincoln dealership instead.  If that does not work, bug Ford National Customer Service (NCS) directly.  They at least have a rep on the Ford Edge Forum that helps us out on a regular basis getting the right people involved, and more often than not, it works out satisfactorily.  If you are unsatisfied about a dealership's response to you, lodge a complaint with the NCS as well.
