'12 MKS, No signals, no highs, hazards still work

Started intermittently going out a couple of weeks ago, I've tried a new MFS, all fuses and relays are good, and hooked up to a Snap On scanner, BCM isn't receiving signal for either blinker or highs, wipers and adaptive swivel also still work. Is there something I'm missing?
