2013 mks eb text message issue

So i picked up a 13 mks eb on monday , on the way home i was getting texts on the screens in the car and it would read it to me if i wanted. Well the system did a reboot aka scheduled maintenance and didnt work after that . So i did everything i could on my phone and it didnt help . So i did a master reset and it fixed it . Well yesterday coming home from work i had waze running and the screen on . I didnt get a text so i shut the screen off and still no text . Closed out waze and still no text .

So thats where i am today i dont have the car , what the hell could be the problem .

I would just make certain that (context service)is active and running on the background on your phone and without context service active it will NOT correlate with Sync messaging.  Z

You have deleting, then re-adding the phone?  That is a frequent fix for this issue.  What phone do you have?  Do you have navigation in the MKS or no?

Im using a note 5 , i had to do a master reset and then it started working again .
