My first car I purchased on my own was a 1992 Mustang GT back in 2002. I wrecked it 2 1/2 years ago :( and I had already done an H/C/I swap as well and the entire suspension.

I purchased a 4 cylinder 93 coupe down in Texas so I had a good, rust free body to start with (and there was crap for cars to choose from in Oklahoma).

I'm still working on swapping the interior from the GT, but it is drivable now. It feels good to get it back on the road finally.

Engine has AFR 165 w/ 58cc combustion chamber, ported Cobra intake, FTI cam. It dyno'd 305 rwhp 329 rwtq.

slowly doing work on the interior. I got the manual tranny hump installed so I can properly seal it up.

I'm also putting in sound deadener to make the ride a little quieter so it's a nice cruiser.

Sounds REALLY good, the 5.0's really put it out!  Are the cams still stock?  I had Flowmaster 40s on my '92 SHO, the only issue being some drone at cruising speeds.

the cam is custom from FlowTech Induction. it's a small cam, 218/224 @ .050" .565" lift int and exh on a 112 LSA I think... its been awhile since I installed it. its got that nice little rumble but I can cruise down the highway without issue.
The Flowmasters definitely have that drone but the 5.0 just sounds so good with them

with the weather cooling off i'm getting back to work on the interior
