I have a 13' SHO that sits more than I drive it. After seating for several weeks over the winter without starting the battery was completely dead. I charged it and was able to start the car but the battery never charged back up completely so I bought a new one and a battery tender. My question is once the battery dies to the point when you open the car doors and not even the interior light comes on would need to download your tune again?

No. The tune is written to non volatile memory... you will be just fine.

No.
tune will stay there but might act funny till the car can learn how the environment has changed air temp and stuff just light throttle staying under 50percent throttle but get up to highway speeds a few times then can do three full throttle runs from 60 to 100 then car should be pretty set up.
