BMC- XSport Build thread

Well JimiJak inspired me create a build thread to show the progression of my XSport..
Mine won't be as creative...lol

Here is where it all started Stock.. 401A with dual DVDs adapt cruise and BLISS

First mod and at the time, "the only mod I wanted".... Ha was 24inch helo's

Second mod was matte black wrapped door handles and 35% front tint and HID headlights and Fog lights and weather tech digital floor mats with interior LED conversion.

Third mod was custom painted emblems and wheel inserts.

And then I found this damn place and LMS.... Ouch...
Next mods were LMS XSport tune package including
Tuner, airaid CAI, new plugs, TStat and 3Bar map for when new tune was released

Next I hooked up a set of H&R lowering springs

At this point I realized I wanted to go fast and these 24's were not cutting it..
Next mods were a set of brand new 22x10.5 Vossen CVT's custom painted matte graphite and performance pedals set in black ano with grid pattern and countersink..

After this my obsession only gets worse as I pulled the trigger on first wilwood big brake kit for XSport

Next mod was the shark fin antenna overlay

Next mods were the long awaited LMS CatBack exhaust and the custom USB port in driver side pillar for nexus 7 and Ram mount running torque pro.

Next mods were the billet badge(not installed) and Rx catch can(not installed)

Next I found myself with a set of LMS catted downpipes and the new V3 93 performance tune with 3Bar Map.

Next on the list will be getting installed before Memorial Day
A set of summer tires- BF Goodrich 285/35/22, and EBC yellow stuff brake pads

What's next you ask?????
Custom detail with all the fixings and a photo shoot....
Well.... There are a few custom projects on my mind..
One will be started and finished before Memorial Day and I'm keeping that a surprise.
Along with another one I am still considering for later on...


This is my story...lol it has been an expensive journey but fun as hell..

I will continue to add to this timeline...lol

Oh yes SW... You get some blame for sure...lol

Meth is on the short list... Although I recall saying I wouldn't be doing it in the past...lol
I need to learn a little more about it and how I would use it first...

Ok
New tires on, new pads in... Need to break in the pads. So it's a slow go for a few days.. Hopefully they bed nice...

Here a few pics on my other new mods....
New custom headlights. Light pics are only mock up pics.. They should be done this week.
-Retro fitted LED BiXenon projector
-LED switchback strip
-Amber lens removed
-full internals painted black
-LED Halo

I pulled the trigger and had a full accuair E level/I Level air management air suspension system with custom UAS air bags and front strut system installed..
It was a late night so it didn't get calibrated tonight.(just basic operation now)
Should have pics/vids of the aired out and up stance...once everything is set right. Hopefully a few days...

do you think you could run 295's or are your 285's already really close to rubbing? and or 40 instead of 35

I think the 285/35 is the max. I have no rubbing now, but it sure is close.

I'll have better pics and some video soon.. Had it calibrated and set up tonight. Now we have rain for two days... So maybe Friday or Saturday..
