I have a 2016 sho pp.. and i'm looking for install advice from anyone with a similar platform with a direct port methanol system, either from LMS or someone else.
-looking for a simple ordered list of connections or napkin diagrams on how your install goes together so i can make sure i'm doing this right. i've taken the plunge, however foolhardy it may be, to install the direct port kit from LMS myself. i convinced them to sell me the parts and they stated they would tune remotely for it. again a topic for further discussion later.
-what i've received is the additional parts (on top of the regular alky kit) for the direct port plumbing and a torqbyte cm5-lt computer to run it. the instructions sent along are the same ones that come with the single nozzle kit.
-we can discuss LMS and their cs or lack thereof at a later time, and i have reached out to them a couple times... but in the interest of getting things going i'm wondering if someone here can confirm my understanding of how things ought to go together specifically in how the torqbyte should be wired up. it did come with the full harness and even a honeywell map, but i have the 3 bar map from LMS along with the stuff in my sig.
-the plumbing seems pretty straightforward as far as following the single nozzle kit instructions and video another SHO owner posted on youtube. from the tank --> pump --> filter --> solenoid valve -->dist block..to ss lines to nozzles.
-torqbyte has some diagrams on their site https://torqbyte.com/collections/products/products/cm5-lts-water-methanol-injection-controller that explain where different wires on their harness are meant to go but some specifics from anyone who knows the SHO/Flex platform better would be greatly appreciated. or if anyone has pictures of their car's connections.
i will try to edit this post with any pics or other info anyone needs to give me a hand and again thanks in advance for any and all tips/advice.
i got the phenolic spacer too so i'll be installing that once i get those alignment sleeves from ecoboost_xsport if i can remember to buy them from his site.
