Electric Exhaust Cut-out: Sound Clip

I know that 4DRHTRD has posted some videos of his electric exhaust cut-out that he was running on his Flex, but are there any other videos out there with this set-up or similar?
I am hoping that someone had done some drive-by videos or maybe some engine revs with the cutouts installed. I just took some cash from the casino and have some money to burn on some exhaust mods and need to pick the best path.

The cutout Mike (4DR) developed is a boost activated cutout in it's final form.... as I remember, it started opening at 8psi boost and with WOT opened fully. 

I plan to add a solenoid valve in the actuator line so it can be cut completely off.  Mike says it is not much louder with the CO installed.

The next is a Toyota Supra on the Dyno using the Sound Performance boost activated valve... May give some idea of sound.... shows HP gain of 67 HP just from the cutout (on the Supra).  Mike posted this when he had the CO redone with their valve.  MAy give you some idea of sound expectations at least as far as volume.

This last post shows the original design and some clips from April of 2013 .... and Mike's build info. While the videos are of drag races and original CO design the sound is WOT from outside his flex.

I will admit that the whole thing may create the need for 2 tunes due to sudden almost complete removal of any exhaust back pressure .

I would think you could just run a tune that is geared towards having the cutouts open. Then when they are closed you just are running slightly rich. This is how I ran my last two vehicles. Not saying absolutely that this is the approach for this vehicle, but there may be potential there.

I agree. The magnaflow is quiet. If I remember correctly, my SHO with magnaflow got louder after it broke in. So I have less than 500miles since the install hoping for more sound as time goes on.

Great to hear those turbos whine. Definitely in play for my next round of mods.
