Error code 91 on LMS Mycal

Tried to upload my tune but was getting error code 91: vehicle mismatch .Has  anyone experience this . I bought the MyCal used and paid Livernois to transfer ownership.  Got my tunes today and downloaded to tuner.  Any ideas ?

I would call Anthony at 9AM Eastern time tomorrow.  I'm sure he can "flip a switch" and get you going.  Sounds like it might be a serial number problem to me.

Anthony will have you do a tuner reset with another app he'll give you a link to... Mine was used too... Whole system there and the MyCal have to be reset assigning the MyCal to you, erasing it, reinstalling the software... then updating again to get the tunes.  It will be a 30-60 min fix.
 
I'm going to move this to their board so they can answer and to keep these type requests in the same place.
 
Spoke with Anthony and it turns out I had not updated the tuner correctly the first time when he sent the files for my vehicle . The tuner was still under old vehicle . This should be a quick fix . So this afternoon I will update tuner and hopefully get my tune files sent out tomorrow.  These guys have really great customer service
