Finally back in a fast Ford...well...fast to me :)

There were some dark penalty days spent in a 4-banger Accord, but I was finally able to get back into something fun.  After the economic implosion and my wife's company going belly up we went through a liquidation sale to stay afloat and I had to part with all the fun stuff.  Finally back on our feet a few years later and I was able to land this beauty.  I picked it up in November with only 9k miles on it.  2010 SHO, pretty loaded.  Absolutely love this car.  Great balance between power and comfort, one of the most fun all around vehicles I've had.  Look forward to learning more about it here!

And those that fell victim:

Welcome and Congratulations!  Glad you are here.  It's a fun place to be and the info base is growing super fast!

Yes, yes..... indeed yes! Welcome :hi:

Glad to have you here on board our ever expanding EBPF family! :ok:

Sucks to have gone through what you did, but it appears you've rounded the curve & brighter days are ahead....

Enjoy your SHO, & as Dave said, enjoy all the info posted here thus far.

Lots of great peeps here, friendly, knowledgeable, & all seemingly willing to help out.

Thanks guys, looking forward to this site!  Experiences make you stronger, learn and move on.  We were lucky compared to a lot of folks in that economy.  She was only unemployed 10 months, tight, but we also made tough sacrifices to get through it...but have I mentioned how much I love this SHO?!?!?!  ;D

Welcome!  Glad you are doing better.  Many people have suffered through the last four years....hope it continues getting better.

A heartfelt salute for taking it on the chin and still remain standing!  Great looking SHO, enjoy :D

True American work ethic right there! I hope you are enjoying the SHO. It's a great ride especially with the many mods you can do to it!  ;D

:hi: Nice looking SHO you've got...sorry to hear that you had to give up other toys...I know the feeling.  Several years (many, many) I had to sell my '68 Shelby GT-350 to pay for my final semesters in college, so I feel for you.  Glad your here and you will hopefully enjoy your time and learn a lot.  My suggestion, is to start now to save money to purchase a tune for your car...if you think it is fun now, the tune adds a whole new dimension to the SHO driving experience.

Thanks everyone for the welcome, I appreciate the kind words.  I was looking into the Livernois tune, but I've only got 20k miles on it and don't wan't to tempt fate with any warranty denial  :)  I can't imagine the car with a tune, it's gotta be incredible.  Definitely on the wish list.  Immediate list is to hopefully get another sub to clear up the muddy bass and possibly wheels...still shopping for pics an ideas

I was wary at first on my 2013, but after reading here and other forums. I put the LMS tunes on at around 1k miles. As far as I'm concerned that was the best 600 bucks I've ever spent. You won't believe the difference until you have seen it for yourself.

My car is a lot like your car.  I tuned it at around 6300 miles and have had it tuned ever since.  My dealer is aware of the tune and every other mod I've done...never had a warranty problem or any hassle from them.

+1, got my 2013 tuned at under 1k miles. Want a tune?
