Time to take a deep breath Gentlemen...
Amen to that.  Let's address the problem case by case and not categorize it generally.  Open minds make for good problem solving :)

It COULD be the tune because of the junk canned tune. A custom tune will eliminate any of those kind of problems.

Funny how you so haphazardly label the LME tune as both "junk" and "canned"..... neither of which is accurate.

LME is home of literally multiple records in the Ecoboost platform, regardless of your allegiance to any of the competing tuners.

You'd best be served by refraining from stirring the pot, and acknowledging that both tuners offer good tunes across the board in their own right(s) objectively.
First of all I have NOTHING against LMS or any other tuners. Let me be very clear on that.
Second, his original sig showed a canned SCT4 tune. Yes, I would suggest that SOME CANNED tunes are junk....this is my opinion....from a TON of tuned cars including mustangs, f150's, GP's, STI's and my SHO. He has since changed his signature.

Before you deicde to jump on my $hit, know the full story.

Lets get back on track now, please. GAD, did you contact Torrie to see what the problem was? Have you datalogged?

To know the full story, hmmm...oh how that would've helped in the first place now don't ya think

Hack, hack, choke, choke....

yes datalog has been done, the problem is the cold Temp presently in Canada (-10C.), so paving is cold. Yesterday I did a test with a warmer temperature (6C.) and no traction problem.

the drag strip opens its doors in mid-April. I look forward

My car cuts out power with spinning and I'm tuned with Torrie. It has NOTHING to do with the tune. It is purely in the stability control and traction control systems built into the car. Unless you have a performance package and can completely disable the traction control it will be an issue with the extra power from tuning. The module can't be adjusted through a tune.
