This MyCal will work with your SHO.  The seller should have it unmarried before sending to you, then you have to purchase new tunes from Livernois.  If, in the unlikely event your SHO had the same strategy code (you have to have the tuning device in hand to do this, or ask your dealership if you have a good relationship with them), you could purchase the tuner AND tunes from the seller if you worked it out.

I'm interested in the mycal for my 2010 non PP. I'm still new to this ecm tuning. If i buy this, do I have to buy new tunes from livernois? Or how does this work? Also is the tuner officially unmarried to your SHO?

It is ready to go, all you have to do is contact LMS for the tunes. IIRC they charge around $200 to 250 for the tunes and that includes lifetime updates and it can hold up to 4 plus the stock tune.

Buy the tuner... Plug it into your car's OBD2 port and get the strategy code.... Then call LMS (Anthony) and give him your VIN, strategy code, any mods done, and the serial number of the MyCal.  Pay them (about $250)... This will get you 5 tunes, the reset program for the MyCal, and lifetime tune updates.  Anthony will give you a URL... Download the reset app and run with MyCal plugged into your computer'so USB (3 min) .. The download the tune files and install on the MyCal (follow the prompts to do this).... Then tune your car following the prompts (5 min).... Get a permanent smile!!!! Easy peezy for sure.
