Great company ha!  Ill stick with rock auto.  And there is no discount..
 
LOL.  They were not ready for your questions :D  I have found the CSRs are often not properly trained, and it is only when feedback reaches management that improvements happen.  I have experienced this with Advance Auto online chats for example.

Totally. I just reread that exchange and Andrew's statements at 09:19AM literally make no sense.

Maybe they should clarify their commitment to read: "50% of the time, we offer the lowest prices every time."

Sounds like Michelin and their customer service...if you aren't happy, we don't care, there is another SUCKER born every minute.
