I went to the dealer the other day for a oil change and tire rotation. They discovered a tire that had separated about 3/4 of the way around on the inside. I inspected the tire and couldnt find any place where i could have hit something. I had to buy a new tire. Goodyear wouldnt do anything to replace a defective tire. It still had 8/32 dread depth. Car has 45,000 miles. Not a Ford problem but I will be replacing these with something else soon.

Hope the dealer at least gave you a break on the new tire?

The F1 SuperCars go for $150 on tire rack,  cheap even with shopping.  Not a bad option for a true performance tire.

Thats a good deal cause i was looking at the same tire but 255,45 at double the price,i am at 11k,half treadwear left,thats expected from a summer,220 treadwear tire.
