H&R Lowering springs problem

Well I installed H&R lowering springs on my 2010 sho non pp about a year ago. I know that doing this on original struts its possible to blow but I just wanna make sure before I drop money on 2 new ones. But I noticed this after coming back from Michigan and I know those roads are horrible lol I see my right side is a little lower than my drivers side. Im not sure what could of happen but its enough for me to notice lol. I took off my wheels and checked the strut to see if it was bent or to see if the spring wasnt sitting right. It all looked fine to me. Im not sure what else could cause this to happen?

How much difference are we talking about?  No noticeable leaks at the strut?  Any wear on other suspension components?  Since it takes a few hundred miles for the springs to settle in, did you check/adjust after?

I can post some but I can fit my whole hand on my drivers side and my passenger side it barely fits like it’s tight. It’s about not even half a inch difference. I’ll post some pics. I didn’t see any leaks or bends I thought maybe a control arm was bent but everything seems fine. I did not check and adjust anything after the settle in. But it was all fine and everything until about 3-4 days ago. My steering wheel does lead to the rigt just a bit barely.

I don’t think a blown out strut would cause a ride height issue. Have you checked to see if the drivers side spring has somehow worked its way up on the index notches on the rubber insulator.

I’m Sure you know but if the suspension is allowed to be in the fully uncompressed position the spring will be free (loose)  and can turn very easily.

Mm I look at the drivers side and the rubber mount that’s inside the dust boot is somehow on top of the boot cover.  When I did Install the springs and tighten it all up the spring I can move up and down and spin it. Maybe my drivers side is to higher?

Well I ordered a strut and it also saw my steering wheel leaning to the right too. Hopefully it fixes it. I’ll also be replacing the drivers side to just so I have a new pair on the front not sure if I should replace the strut mount too

I owned the car for almost 3 years but in my guess they’ve never been changed so prob 8 years
Definitely replace the mount since you have to remove it anyway.
They’re only about $50,
Pretty cheap for piece of mind.

Agreed with Glock! New Struts plus mounts should be completed in sets!!

2010-SHO Correct? @ FoshoMatt- Due update your signature @ your earliest convenience! thanks.  Z

Okay will do hopefully this fixes it. Cause it’s only sagging on my right side a very small amount. No one else notices it but me lol I just hate to think that the spring is bad cause I’m not sure if you can just buy just the front h&r springs lol

Again thanks for everyone helping! Problem is solved. Ended up my strut was blown and mount was just bad as well. When you pushed the strut down it wouldn’t expand lol and fluid was leaking. Springs were a okay
