Nice find!  I love the price, but wonder if an SUV tire is a good choice?  Thoughts?

Granted, my S weighs as much as an SUV.  I just don't drive it like one.

I used this tire when I first installed new rims. Tires were fine. But I only got roughly 12000 miles on them. I replaced them with Firestones. Have longer warranty and I have always gotten great performance from Firestone tires. You can see where I installed by clicking link in signature.

They ARE summer tires, so life expectancy should be in perspective.  Reviews of similar tires:

Performance seems to be fine, but expect no more than 15K miles before needing replacement.  At the price point, a pretty good deal!

I think the suv tire label comes from the size. 255/45/20 is popular in the mid size lineup.
It's the size I'm currently using on my SHO, so it does fit
