New here so I figured I would say howdy to all of you.  I am a gear-head and car tinkerer from way back and I just picked up a new car due to an unfortunate accident caused by someone else totaled my last ride.  So I got a new Focus ST, been a blast so far, but I am new to the tuner types.  Most of my cars/toys before had big motors to go fast so I am here to try and learn some new tricks I will see if I can add a pic of the new car

I think one of the main attractors to this board is the consolidated list of vendors that provide aftermarket offerings for the EB platforms.

welcome. was at our strips fordfeast last 2 years with the focus fest, not sure if that's the correct name. but a tremendous amount of modding & enthusiasm in that group, especially in the mini-road course that they had setup. sorry to see them moving it to memphis next year. the focus guys & gals really helped car count & kept the ford fest alive for us other fords.

Welcome to EBPF, perkdog, and thank you for your service!  Glad to have you and your ST on board   very nice ride u have there.  Sorry to hear about the accident though.  Hope you escaped unscathed physically.

As far as tuning goes, Cobb is probably one of the biggest names in the ST game.  BUT you will find our 2 major tuners, Unleashed and Livernois, extremely competent as well.  What are you looking for out of the tune?  Is the ST your daily driver?

Thank you and yes I escaped without harm.  Yes my ST is my daily driver so I am not looking to go crazy....yet.  I am just looking to learn for now as most of my car modding in the past has been all old school stuff...change the cam, header swap, bigger carb, manifold swap, stuff like that, things you can get your hands around...LOL.  So this playing with the ECU for more power is new to me.
