Idler pulley and belts

I have some crazy sounds coming from the SHO. I have a 2013 +pp SHO with 70,000 miles. At idle all seems ok, but at 30 mph I hear birds chirping, a slight whistle sound and a vibration like noise. I checked the belt I can see, it is indeed cracked, oddly length wise and is Shiney as polished steel. I can push the belt down easily with my finger. ZSHO sent me a Rockauto link for tensioner but I found this kit where they throw in the belts for like 10 bucks. The kit is GATES ACK060448K2, it contains the idler pulley n 2 belts.
Gates KB4056892 which circumference is 36.25 inches.
Gates K060448 which circumference is 45.375 inches.
And the Gates idler pulley #38485
Can anyone confirm this is the correct parts needed?
 
The Diagram only lists one Belt AFAIK!

The GATES ACK060448K2 should be your best option alternative kit........

Ya saw that, and wondered if it adds any value.  The stock belts seem to do just fine in hipo applications, even the tensioners, mile after mile.
