This helps me a lot....BTW, jealous of your lift!

68_GT said:very nice ! how much did they cost vs the non catted pipes ? I want to get some and I think I'll save the extra $ and get non catted and keep my stockers if I ever need to swap them back in. It's my understanding you cant really tell a difference in sound, or power catted to non catted with the stock exhaust still in (which I will leave in). I asume yours still sounds stock ? exhaust / turbo whistle ??
I have LMS D-pipe, Magflow 2.5" x-pipe, 2.5" exhaust back, and DynoMax mufflers. Great sound but when I put the stock muffler back on (for road trips w/THE WIFE) IT SOUND STOCK!!!!68_GT said:I wondered if it whistles more just at idle. I hear you on the sound but it was my understanding that even non catted with the stock exhaust it still doesn't sound much different than stock.

In a little bit he's going to start throwing 2nd O2 codes which will have to be tuned out by LMS if they didn't do it already with his initial tune. You'll not pass readiness checks with any emissions tests that look at the rear O2.
Just FYI

NJ only does a visual check, so that won't matter....inspection that is..
Thx
