Long time lurker, first time poster - Minnesota

Hey everyone - I have a 2011 SHO non-PP, but with every other feature. Black with black interior. 109k miles on it as of July 2017, and just threw the P0455 CEL which is what brought me here.

Last forum I was a big participant in was the markviii.org many years ago (was jhaas_lsc there) - had a 1996 LSC, probably my favorite car until I came across the SHO a few years ago - bought it used with 69k on it, and it's been a solid performer since. Great car... and while I still miss the Lincoln, this SHO is leaps-and-bounds better.

Welcome to the community, jchaase!  Looks like there might be an issue with the EVAP system, specifically the purge valve (most likely), tho in a couple of instances the canister vent valve has had to be replaced.  The purge valve, IIRC, sits in the engine valley, just have to get the right part, found by typing in the VIN at fordparts.com.  ZSHO will likely know the exact part number.  I think it is DG1Z-9G271-B.
