I know BPD is as anxious as I am for me to let him know if these are the ones he wants or if we should request a +1 for him to be made.
 
Those sure are pretty.  Can't wait for your reaction when they are in!
 
Wow 4dr those are some beauties! Any chance getting some install pic's, I know I've heard have having to lower the cradle. But also I've heard you don't have to. I just know from looking at them with down pipes off it doesn't seem like a big deal getting them off. At least not 12hrs, I guess anything you can relay to us will be useful.
 
I will have him take some pics when he's doing the install. Last time he got them out but had to turn spin/ turn spin the turbos. He said it's like a tetris puzzle getting them out. :)
 
I love the way he displayed them, first in the box with in the wrapping, then out of the box in the wrapping, then out of the wrapping, then a close up. Kind a like a strip tease, I was almost sporting a woody by the 5th picture.
 
Ok, just going to ask a dumb question.  Will you be able to run the +1,+2 new turbos without a tune.  Just brain storming here.
 
Turbos are in, we went out to do some tuning driving and first ran into a boost leak due to a badly placed clamp and then immediately ran into the ECU not liking the car trying to hit 27PSI. The car at part throttle is a BEAST! It pulls harder at part throttle than it did at WOT previously.
We'll be tuning and dynoing this week.
 
One interesting note, the car no longer requires to downshift at mid gear if you floor it. The turbos provide enough torque for the ECU that it just powers on, previously it would drop a gear. I'm looking forward to the dyno tuning sessions starting tonight. :D
 
How has spool been affected? If you even had a chance to notice.

I did not feel any perceptable lag at all but we need to get the car completely dialed in, the old tune wasn't prepared for this level of torque.
