New to this sight, but not the others

I just joined this sight but have been using the others. Things seems to keep moving but I'm not sure why.
I have a 2010 SHO w/PP, I previously owned a 1998 SVT Contour and before that a 1989 SHO. Both had well over 200K miles on them when I sold them. My son ended up owning both after me.

I have H&R springs and Power Spot slotted and drilled disc's, I'm looking at adding a tune next.
