Opossum vs SHO at 75mph.... TIME TO REBUILD

Long story short, the lady friend was my DD last night and managed to hit an opossum at around 75mph (in her defense, neither of us saw it)... needless to say as you can see from the pictures, I'm missing my wheel well now (Passenger side). Unfortunately I'm about to travel for work again and not even be able to look at my car for almost two weeks, So ideally I can get enough pics by tomorrow night so I know what I'll need or at least have a general grasp.  Then spend a night after I get home to fix all of it.

Thankfully we are both safe, no one was hurt, didn't blow a tire or anything either. BUUUUTTTT I'm gathering a parts list for over at Tasca and want to make sure I get all clips and what not.

First thing I saw when we pulled over... Note, every single clip, screw, etc... GONE!!!!

Bent a little bit of the fender, and chipped my paint!!!!

As you can see, the clip that connects the black plastic to the bumper is gone...

My search starts on this page of course getting a new right fender

Then here i think #12 will take care of a couple other clips...

I'll be adding to the list more tomorrow. But as always, any input from you guys here helps!!!!

Terrible thing to happen, peppe, glad she and the SHO are otherwise OK.  Aside from the parts for the fender/bumper, you may likely need steering & suspension parts, as this type of damage may take a bit of time to show.  So check that carefully as well.

Glad you and your friend are o.k,hopefully its an easy fix and purely cosmetic which will make the process much simpler. Z

Yeah I'll be taking her in for that, i know from the impact it was 100% bumper. It was more of a "SNAP" on impact as opposed to a "THUD". Along with it didn't feel like anything was ran over.

THANKS! Yeah ideally its just a new fender and some clips. Its just a matter of time till its done :(

I can see a fully exposed wiper fluid tank and the first thing that came to mind was.... hmmmmm.... maybe this is a sign for a stage 2-3 snow kit? HAHA!!!!
