Plastidip door trim

Since I am on a budget I have decided to go the plastidip route. At first I was gonna leave the door trim as is. But after seeing some painted to match body color, I want to dip the door trim. Short of removing the trim, dipping, then reapplying, what's the best way to get the trim around the mirrors?  Specifically the trim on the actual door right under the mirrors. Thanks.

Contact Darkside for details... It is very thin, attached with 3M double-sided tape, and VERY easy to bend.  He ended up buying new, painting and then replacing his... an alternative would be to paint it in place with the door mirrors removed.

I PM'd Darkside to get his insight.  If I went the painted route, I'd  probably get new trim, then remove the old. I don't really see a benefit to that if I plastidip. But I don't want to get it all over the car even though I know it's easy to remove. Any idea how to get the mirrors off?
