I am pretty sure already know the answer to this problem I am having. And I did review the blend door motor thread. But I don't have a clicking symptom, the passenger side air coming out the vents doesn't seem to change at all. No matter where I set the temp to, if set the temp 60 driver side blow cold but the passenger blows warm air and if set 90 driver side is hot and passenger side is warm air. I am 99% sure this must a blend door motor, but my symptoms are different that motor isn't clicking. Just appears not to be working at all. What say you all?

I had a similar issue with the d/s  vent working fine and the p/s blowing cold air.  I changed out three of the four blend doors, It ended up being the passenger's side (not the easy one behind the glove box, the other to the left of it near the back side of the rear of the center console.

They all appear to be the same construction, not sure if they share the same part numbers. It will def be a PITA to swap it out, I had a great time trying to get to it.  wiith the glove box removed it does make it a little easier, and you can change your cabin filter at the same time.

ok you can see the easy white one, go to the left and you can see the bolt head to a black one.  that is the one that fixed it for me.

Yeah, when mine went bad, I was luck that it was the easy one to get at, but I was informed by my dealer that there was 4 blend door actuators, and they wanted to make sure which one was bad before tearing into it.  Good luck with it!  BTW, these blend doors seem to be a very common problem, we've also had one go bad on our 04 Explorer...Ford should consider updating the design a bit.
