Question on Factory drive modes an mykey with tune

Good Morning,
Looking to purchase a tuner kit this week for my MKS that will be my daily driver and never see the track. Couple of questions...
Does the comfort drive mode and sport mode have any difference with a tune?
Does the mykey retain functionality with the tune? I have a son that is 17 and may (unfortunately lol) have to drive this car.

I believe the mykey functionality is the same....and i also think i have seen a section in the tune to customize the settings of mykey if desired

In my application, Mykey performs exactly like it does when stock. I use it to thwart my son when he does any maintenance, lol...
