Rv repair?

So my first outing I wasn't paying attention to my RV and hit something.
Not much damage but little cosmetic but there does seem to be some ac wires going to something as far as I know everything works.

Does anyone have any good ideas to go about this that doesn't require tearing the whole floor apart is there a access panel hidden near this anywhere?

Might abandon it now since I thought it was to the battery charger but today noticed the wire colors black white green I could be wrong but I'm thinking usually ac type not DC but I do remember green is ground/earthing for just about everything.

I was thinking of cutting a two foot square in the corner but thought maybe someone has a better idea I'm running out of space to put things so really don't want to do it the more right way and demob the whole area but I may do that anyways.
