SCT X3 error???

this is what i'm getting when i hook up my X3.

so i can't load any tunes, including going back to stock!

anyone experience this before?  what should i do?



in case you can't see the pic it says:  file system error, needs to be reloaded. 3 ONFI x 4-bit...

I did it quick internet search for that error code, sct might need to do a hard reset in order  to fix the problem
They do it remotely through your computer. If that doesn't work you may have to send them the device.

Join the crowd.  I started a thread on this last week.  I haven't had the time to sit on the phone with SCT, and they haven't returned my email regarding this issue.  I wasn't updating my tuner, just plugged it into the car to clear a code as I had unplugged the first map sensor to clean the throttlebody.  I also stated I wonder if this was a reason why LMS switched from SCT?

thanks for the responses guys.

i called SCT and got thru, the guy tried to fix it remotely but that didn't work so he set a RMA return.  of course shipping there is on my dime and then there can be anywhere from a 7-10 day turnaround once they get it 

heres hoping i won't need to go to the dealer anytime soon!
