Its on its way! I'm considering using the washer fluid tank for a hidden install, anyone have a link to the parts need to tap both the washer tank and the plastic intake pipe? Anything else that is recommended?

Thanks,
Scott

You can grab the bulkhead fitting either directly from Snow(http://www.snowperformance.net/Snow-Performance-Bulkhead-Reservoir-Fitting-p/40080.htm) or off of Amazon. And to tap the plastic pipe just grab an 1/8-27NPT tap from any hardware store and a cheap "Q"(.332) drill bit. Just be slow and easy when you tap it. NPT's are a tapered thread. So don't just run the tap all of the way in. Tap a little and check it with the nozzle. You want the nozzle to just be sitting inside of the tube. And seal the nozzle and the bulkhead fitting with Goop.

Thank you, I couldn't find it because the name bulkhead was escaping me at the moment. I thought the made a similar or maybe it's the same part for the nozzle when using plastic pipeing. Sounds like most tap the plastic without issue. I would also like to buy another plastic elbow in case I have to return to stock for maintenance.

No problem. You were probably thinking of this: http://www.snowperformance.net/Snow-Performance-Nozzle-Mount-Adapter-p/40110.htm. That's for if you need to mount a nozzle into a silicone hose. Let me know how much the elbow is when you find out. I'm going back and forth on how/where I want to mount my nozzle(s).

I'm in the process of making my own cold-side pipe. I want to get the nozzles as far away from the throttle body as I can. Allows for more time for the methanol to atomize and pull the heat out of the air(crappy stock intercooler). And I plan on running (2) nozzles and I need to keep them at least 6" apart. But it's nice to have other options.

I originally planned on going with port injection but I didn't know the intake manifold was aluminum. Gets to hot in my opinion and I don't want the heat to transfer to the nozzles and boil the methanol in the lines.
