SOLD!!!

$200 = AJPTurbo Wastegate Boost Spike Control Mod.. Includes:

  - TiAL MV-S Sport 38MM Wastegate and original accessories.
  - Blue and Yellow spring kit already installed.
  - Custom Dump Pipe with V-Band Welded
  - Pre-Cut hose and clamps needed to connect it to the Noise Maker outlet.
  - Pre-cut and spliced vacuuming hose. This is a direct swap out of the vacuum line with the T connector installed and extension vacuum line added for the signal to the wastegate.
-DOES NOT INCLUDE ALLEN WRENCHES SINCE THE KIT DID NOT COME WITH THEM. IF YOU DON"T HAVE ALLEN WRENCHES YOU PROBABLY SHOULDN'T ATTEMPT THIS MODIFICATION...

One of the screws that holds the top of the wastegate down broke off during a spring a replacement. This is shown in the picture, does not affect the performance.

UPDATED - I will also include the Dawes Devices MKII Manual Boost Controller that you can add in-line with the vacuum signal line. This was MY ADDITION TO THE KIT and NOT AJPTURBO's addition. This modification on top of his modification allowed me fine tune when the wastegate would open and close. This does require you monitor your datalogs for fuel pressure until you dial it in, but allows you more control over the boost spikes. I will include the Vacuum lines for this as well.

x2 on Z's Q!  GLWS, but I hope all is well!  Certainly hope the new pet(s) did not have a contribution to this listing!

Ha! No the new puppy did not contribute to this.. sleepless nights? Yes... selling off car parts? No...

I am going in a different direction with the SHO. This setup is for an all out race tune.. according to the 0-100 and 0-60 times I am getting from my devices this setup with AJPTurbo's tune is NASTY fast.. Like I cant get traction to get a good accurate time if I power brake my launches.. just pushing the pedal down like an old man nets me 4.3 second 0-60 EVERYTIME...

Unfortunately I was unable to get to the track this year to get a good run with this setup due to sick kids (3 years old and 5 years old) and traveling for work so I can't provide time slips. And I lost several deposits on dyno time due to the same issues...

AND work is probably going to take away our company cars so my SHO might become my DD until I can get beater...

There have been A LOT guys looking to purchase this setup used, and since I can't seem to put it to good use, maybe one of them can...

Damn you StealBlue!! i just bought pieced together my own wastegate setup after scowering craigslist and other sites for a used tial the last couple of weeks and now you post this!!?? JK good luck with sale . . and sick kids(i can relate), and new pupply, and the car, and life LOL.

How long does it take to install and remove?

Since this kits has everything and it's just a direct swap out... 5 minutes...

The big thing is having the vacuum tubing all cut out and ready... Just remove the one vacuum hose, fit the one I have in its place, connect the additional vacuum line coming off the T to the Wastegate and your done...

The nice part? When you don't want to run it, just pull it off and put your stock vacuum hose back on..

Not including flashing the tune to support the mod.
