Spraying meth but no cooling temps in the intake ...

So here's my issue. My latest data showed zero cooling and low FRP even though I'm injecting 100% VP Fuel M1 (methanol). I check the system under boost and it's spraying meth as it should. I initially thought the pump failed but during my test the pump worked fine. Then I thought my meth went bad again. So I purchased a new 5 gallon metal can of methanol instead of having them pump 3 gallons of meth into my VP Fuel plastic jug. Apparently after my call to VP they don't recommend storing meth in a plastic container do to moisture issues. So then I drained my tank in the car and refilled it with new meth. I did see some improvement in the cooling. I did several data logs and the cooling is inconsistent at best. There was times where I saw zero cooling effect even though it appears to be spraying. I only say it's spraying because when I'm done data logging I have to add approximately 20-25 oz. of meth back in the tank to fill it up. I always top off the tank with meth prior to data logging. So now my issue remains with no cooling although it appears my meth system is spraying meth. Any one have any ideas to what might be going on...
Here's a couple of logs... Thanks for looking

I wonder if its possible for the pump to be working intermittently even though the controller states it's injecting meth...

FCM replaced? Check for any DTC ?  Any odd noises by the HPFP?  Z

No noises from the hpfp. What do mean by DTC and FCM...
Thank you!
Fuel pump module replaced?  The LPFP is also a likely culprit.
I meant if there are any codes set, thanks.  Z

FWIW there is a recall on the (FCM) and see if your vehicle is affected to see if it helps your symptoms.  Z

Your fuel trims suggest that your pump is not spraying correctly. Your STFT dont look like they are pulling fuel until 3rd gear.. would make sense with what you are seeing.. fuel pressure dropping because there is not enough being sprayed...

probably gonna blow your sh!t up...

I’m only seeing 2 degrees of knock... Hopefully I can figure it out soon before anything happens!!

Sorry, I was being a smartass..

It appears from the logs your pump is being lazy... I would double check to make sure there is no air in the system.. your stft and intake temps will both dip for a short time even without meth. The logs appear to indicate that your not spraying at first but then it starts at the top of 2nd iirc..

Check your pump connections, boost reference for it, and also make sure there is not air in the system.

Good luck.

X2 agreed with SBS and possibly need to purge air out of the kit.
It probably happened while suckling out the old Methanol . Z

Funny you guys say there’s air in the lines. When I tested the system I install clear line to the existing line so I can see what the meth is doing before and after I spray. And I can see large enlongated air pockets in the line. How do I purge the system??

Is there a test button on that kit? Or a button to prime the system? I would disconnect the nozzle and prime the system (continuously spray) until all the air is out. Spray in back into your meth jug or container.

I would verify that your pump is lower than your meth tank as that can cause air to get into the system. Also a check valve might be worth investing into...
