stock boost readings

Curious those of you who monitor/log, what you've seen as your boost levels under wot stock.  I've flashed back to stock, and seen boost go up to ~12psi briefly (which is expected stock) immediately after flooring it, but it falls between 10-11 during the same wot run.

Sounds normal to me. You will see the highest boost right after a shift. The boost tapers off the closer you get to redline to protect the drive line. It's normal. Stock the most I would see was 12.2.

Tuned the highest I saw was 21.

It would depend on which sensor is being read. 21 psi spike in the intake manifold would be bad. However if you are reading the sensor just before the TB that is typical. If you get off the throttle and the plate snaps shut there is a slight lag before the BOVs open up. And it's possible to see a spike of 20 psi.

Nope this was manifold pressure from my boost gauge and not a sensor so I know it's correct. This was right after I put it in. I don't have a pic of the 21 but here is one of it right at 19.5-20.

Noting broke lol. Car still works as it should. Just shows the importance of a 3 bar. Reason it was spiked is because I was data logging with the 2 bar and the high pressure wasn't registered so nothing could be done. Since then the most I see is 18 ish on e35.

Up to 35 percent and still haven't ran out of fuel?

What is frp looking like at wot?

How is throttle response?

Did Torrie tune for the ethanol at all, wasinger?  e35 computation is based on as-labeled e85 or your as-tested e85?

It's tuned for 30% right now. I just tried 35 this weekend but don't want to bother him again over 5%. I think he's tired of my constant datalog's lol. I assume the car will adjust a little for the increase. Not much but a little I hope.

My ethanol stash has been tested 3 times with agitation 5 min appart. So I know it's correct. And this time I put it in before the fuel. So it's mixed in the tank.

By monitoring my timing an knock I know the car is adjusting correctly and it is making more power than 30% because I had a serious 2nd gear tire bashing.

I'm into the 14's at times...

Stock?  I'm wondering if there's a leak I need to look for.  I do hear more induction noise than what I remember...prior to tstat install...and bg service.

Stock besides the E-85 blend, but it changes as boost is dependent on lots of variables.

I'm not sure what effect, if any, the corn has on peak boost #'s.

Sorry, didn't read your sig :)

I've seen just over 14 when flashed to 4X and high 13's sustained.
