Suspension/Axle Issue?

I wonder if anyone had bets on this. Flatout hardware is good but the instructions are non-existent so here I am a noob at suspension trying to dial in coilovers. Of course the settings are wrong and I am still fighting with them AND of course I take a bump on the highway this morning and by the time I get to the parking garage I hear the dreaded CLICK CLICK CLICK from both CVs!

Guess it will be time for 2 new halfshafts.

Sigh...of course.

Thanks for the tip!

I'll have it on a lift tomorrow and will take a look. Either way I am 95% sure I caused this so its on me. If the CV boots aren't a mess then I will dig into this as it looks like an easy fix.
Here's a video for on the Thrust washer's for ya.  Z  [url=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BnbCig-wR1Q#]! No longer available]! No longer available

And you are sure it's the halfshafts, not the coilovers, right?  Does the sound appear even when you are in Park and just moving the steering wheel around?

I was thinking it might be the locks or a part of the coilover (maybe a loose upper mount bolt). It is def new after this morning's drive into town and it is happening on both sides pretty equally during a roll and even in park. The shop I am taking it too is to have them fix any mistakes I made and align the car so if its the coil I am sure we will find it. From my understanding if it is the CV it will be VERY obvious. If its neither then I will look at the steering shaft or the hubs next.

EDIT: Sorry, did not expect to take over this thread like that, I always forget how helpful you folks are. Most helpful ecoboost forum on the net so far that I have seen! Please move this if you want, and thank you, you folks are awesome. Wish some Ecopowerparts fit my car ;-)

Did not break the CV's thankfully so either its the thrust washer issue or steering but I dont think I heard it on the way home. Will do some more testing.

BTW Granite State Dyno and Tune is amazing if you are in the new england area. They have an AWD roller linked dyno, know ecoboost tuning and work with both Cobb and SCT devices.
