Threw a P2270 code today

So I just got my catted PPE downpipes installed Tuesday, and today the dreaded post-exhausted engine light came on.  Not blaming the downpipes yet, hoping that's not it.  The code is for O2 sensor Lean, Bank 1, Sensor 2.  Car runs fine, no exhaust smoke.

Not seeing this before, I could not find an ecoboost with this code on the interweb yet.  Maybe exhaust leak?  Bad sensor?  Anyway, I hope one of you guys can help out, thanks!

Most likely the sensor or sensor wiring/connection was not re-installed correctly.  No exhaust smells either, right?  (exhaust VTA mod not good)

What code did your LMS dps throw?

Interesting.  Me being a below average mechanic, how could I check if it was installed incorrectly?
I want to say there is no exhaust smell. I only have 100 miles on them so not a large test pool yet.

A good visual inspection for frayed/damaged wiring, a check for tightness of connectors, etc. should be a good start.  If you can get it up on a lift or jacks, so much the better.

All with the car cooled down, of course.

Note any smells (at the front of the car where the downpipes are, not at the tail end) with the engine running.  Hopefully the gaskets were not damaged during installation.

Per manual:

P2270 - O2 Sensor Signal Stuck Lean - Bank 1, Sensor 2
Description: The downstream heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) is forced rich and lean and monitored by the powertrain control module (PCM). The test fails if the PCM does not detect the output of the HO2S in a calibrated amount of time.
Possible Causes:

Pinched, shorted, and corroded wiring and pins
    Crossed HO2S wires
    Exhaust leaks
    Contaminated or damaged HO2S
