I have been mulling over the idea of putting on some 20" TSW Tremblants.  I could put my Michelins on them and maybe sell the stock 20's.  discounttiredirect.com site didn't have this model on their "see how they look on your vehicle".  My buddy shopped them on for me.  It actually looks a lot better than the website car they use.  How do you guys think they look?

They look good!  I think they change the character of the car, with a more upscale/refined look.

I think they look like upscale look of the 2013 SHO wheel, very nice. But I'm old (OLD)school and I love the 5 star look wheels. So I love the 2010-2012 PP-SHO wheel. PLUS MY WHEELS I CUSTOM PAINTED THEM MYSELF.

TSW website shows 20, 20"x8.5" -40 offset Tremblant Black with mirror cut finish in stock and 22 on the way.  Discount can get them and price will be the same as other non-rotoforged wheels.  The weight of these wheels is going to be close to stock, maybe a pound or two lighter, as they are not rotoforged, but cast.

Do I want 30 offset or 40?  I don't know how that works.  I thought I remember 40 offset being stock.  Would the 30 stick out a cm further or in?  Moving them out would be okay but not in.  Would the lip be bigger?

I am running 32 offset 18" x 9", which fill the fenders out nicely. However, my tires are an inch shorter than stock, so fender clearance is not an issue.

If the 20's would work with 30 offset, it would really look nice, but it would be trial and error.  BPD is running 20" x 10.5" Nurburgrings on the back of his SHO (has staggered setup for looks) but not sure on offset without looking at TSW website.

They do look good on your car, however, as Bob said, I think if I were going for different wheels, I would look for some weight savings.  But they look sharp.

From what I could find out so far, the stock 20's are 8" wide and have an offset of 40.  If I go with the 20 X 8.5 40, the wheels should stick out 1/4 more on each side.  I would think that is fine.

Mark,  I'm going for looks here.  If they weigh the same, I'm okay with that.  I really don't need to lose 10-20lbs.  Except off my mid-section. :'(

Stock Offset is 38 on 2010-2012 EB Flex & SHO vehicles, and likely on 2013-2014.

40 is so close to 38 that you won't notice the difference.  And 1/2" wider more than compensates for it.

Talked to my bud Nick at NTB.  He thinks the stocks are 8.5.  So, right on.  The other thing was that Discount Tire has F1's for $164?  Most others are in the $300 range.  I wonder what gives.  Now, I have to see if I have a warm place to store them when it's under 40 degrees.

I am almost positive that the stock wheels are 8" wide.  You can check all this data if you pull a wheel.  It is shown in raised info on width and offset.  Bolt pattern is 114.3 or 114 in TSW inventory info.

So, great.  Stocks are 8 and the 8.5 will be fine.  I'm still torn between getting wheels or wheels and tires.  It would be cheaper to get just the wheels and sell my stockers, of course.  But, I don't want to ruin the new wheels in the winter.  And, the pricing on the F1's is tempting.  Then, I'll have to keep a set in my sister's basement.  IDK!

Honestly, I  prefer the way your car looks now.  I  am NOT totally crazy about those wheels.  No particular reason other than I suppose I  really like the stock wheels.

TSW + Extreme Contact DWS is what I'm doing--just had someone call me offering $1500 for my set on the car.

Debating pulling the trigger myself.

I will definitely confirm that the stock wheels (at least for the '10-'12 model years) are 8" wide.

Dje.... I am running 8.5" wide rims up front, 10's in the rear.

Stock offset is also a definitive 38mm.

Thanks for the confirmation Mike.  I knew you would know.

I ordered the domed center cap stickers for now.  I'm gonna sleep on the wheels for a while.  Even if I lose that great price on F1's. (Gotta be a typo?)  I just downloaded six more wheel pictures and will look them over.  Maybe I'll have to run a poll!
