Wait for it...

That's what we're doing. Ordered a 2015 X Sport (Black/Black) for the wife and we should have it late this month. I've been lurking and catching up on just about everything around here for a while. I also have an 87 Grand National that I've taken out and played with a few times. I haven't really tuned it at all and it runs pig rich, but it runs high 11's up here at Denver. One of these days I'll tune it a bit and get it down around 11.5, the break-off for needing a roll cage at Bandimere. So I'm pretty familiar with turbocharged cars. From what I've read some of you guys are getting some good numbers out of these guys. Lots of similarities with the mods you guys are doing and what the Buick world has done. Anyway, figured I'd better introduce myself and look forward to watching you guys keep pushing the envelope.

Welcome!

panther427 ran his '13 SHO with a tune only at Bandimere on 5-14 and did a 13.57@102 with a 2.0 60'.  DA was 6350'.  He did a 13.9 when DA was over 8000'.  Might be able to get a high 13 with a tune only XSport in the best conditions at Bandimere.

Welcome to EBPF, Jeff, and congrats on your ride of choice!  Hope it gets here soon for you to enjoy :D

Heartily second the call for pics of the GN, I think turbodave has a couple!

In action at the Arm Drop Live back in 2009 I think it was. It pulled the wheel one time but of course I don't have a picture of that. At least some of my friends were there to witness it.  ;D

And the wait is over. We're the proud new owners of a 2015 X Sport! Black/black of course, because that's how I roll. Totally unique! Not another one in the country like it! Oh wait... lol! Anyway, we're excited. My wife especially since it's hers. Now I just need a sale or something from Unleashed to get a tune on this bad boy.  ;D

You know it! I'm already baiting my friend who has an SRT8 Jeep. Who knows, maybe with a tune I can take him. I think it ran mid 14's out there if memory serves.

You might beat him in stock form then.  I'd imagine depending on exact weight that you could run 14.5 on a cool day

And if you want a little taste of what are tune will do add 4 or 5 gallons of e85 to an full tank of premium. You can notice the difference

Welcome (albeit a little late), that's one nice ride. Always liked these. Good luck on the ecoboost as well.

Oh nice! Unfortunately I can't make it this go round. I'm in the middle of putting in wood floors so my fun time is on hold for a while. Plus the X is new enough I probably can't pry it away from the wife yet. lol! Maybe we can meet up some other time though. Get a little CO meet setup or something.
