Where and how to place meth nozzle???

I'm slowly compiling all I need to install my devils own meth injection, and I am basically down to nozzle placement.  I have seen where others have drilled and glued/epoxied the nozzle in the plastic elbow right before the throttle body, however I'm not to keen on that idea.

The two options I have are:

1.Machining a custom nozzle holder that replaces the factory noise maker. Pro's easy to return to stock, con's time consuming to machine and nozzle will be sitting at least 1" back from the intake flow (puddling).

2. Buying a devils own intake tap (http://www.alcohol-injection.com/en/water-injection-parts/271-nozzle-mounting-adapter.html)and placing it in the rubber hose before the plastic elbow that goes into the throttle body.  Pros cheap, easy, in the intake flow, con's will have a hole in my rubber hose.

I'm leaning towards #2.  What's your thoughts?

That adapter will cause puddling as well. Used it in my last car... The nozzle just doesent sit far enough into it. If you do go that route, machine the back side of the holder to get more clearance for the spray.

I talked to the man at alky on placement and if I remember rite you might want it a little bit back from the manifold. It might depend on type of nozzle (don't know if there different) I put mine in the plastic and used the metal/rubber washer on the inside with a couple drops of blue lock tight on the treads. The hole I made was very tight (had to tread nozzle into plastic)

Thanks for the feedback on the nozzle insert and placement pics. I've done a lot of reading since the start of this post and I guess I'm going to try to install the nozzle directly in the plastic intake. My nozzle has 1/8 npt threads on both ends so I'll have to figure out how to seal the plastic metal interface. Guess I have some more reading to do....

Thank you for your replies.
