Looking for the PCM on the SHO, need to get calibration code. Thanks

You can pull the calibration code electronically from the PCM, no need to uncover it physically.  Assuming you are after the cal code for tuning purposes, the seller can ship you the tuner, you then use the tuner to retrieve the calibration code, provide the cal code to the seller, they will then e-mail you the correct tunes for your car.  Or, if you have a professional scan tool, you can pull the cal codes using the scan tool.

The ECM is hidden.  It is located under the pass side windshield wiper cover area.  VERY HARD to get to..

Not like GM who has ECM's readily available, and removable in about 15 sec. if you know how.
