I need to replace my EB engine due to a failed coolant pump dumping coolant into the oil system.

If you have a good condition low mileage EB engine available that you would consider selling, please contact me by replying to this post as soon as possible.

Thank you,

Andrew

Agreed, and thank you.

Here's a pic for those who don't know.
Pump is driven by the timing chain. Dead center of the V

Yup, been a problem with the 3.5, NA or EB.  Only going to get worse in the energy savings quest.

Take a look on eBay, I've seen a bunch or low mile ones out of SHOs and Flexs. Most are from LKQ. I didn't even know our cars had coolant problems. I guess it's a good thing I flush my coolant every 50k and check the oil every few days. How many miles were on your engine when it blew? Have you tried contacting Ford to see if they'd cover anything?

The year is very important, they changed the timing ring on the crank from 2010 to 2014, I don't have any more info than that but be careful. FYI

Is the timing ring on the fly wheel so he could just use his old fly wheel or is it part of the crank itself?
It slips onto the crank but the two pieces don't look the same nor do I know if they are interchangeable.
