No it wont as long as it's a) quality, and b) unleaded. It also won't do you much good without a tune for it, other than help prevent engine knock.
Be sure your SHO is uptodate on maintenance (all fluids, spark plugs, etc) before you lay down rubber with it. A lot of them come onto the used car market not so gently cared for.
