My PP has the alcantara but its getting nasty and ford wont do anything to fix it even though its a known issue

I'm trying to get mine replaced with non-Alcantara.

I had mine replaced under warranty,it took less than ten min for approval from Ford. Z  BTW could be tha fact that i'm a nice guy. Z

I asked pretty nicely at the dealership, and had just brought the body shop some serious money on R&R through state farm. They couldn't get it pushed through

Should be noted that zsho goes to a dealer that probably isnt following mfg. protocol for warranty work...seems over the years they tend to completely ignore that the car is modded and tend to go over and above what the average customer receives

But good for him, id accept the service as well

Yeah thats an important piece to note. I talked to my local dealer and they point blank stated "We will not touch a modified car for ANY sort of warranty work, related or not to the mods". I tried to get the steering wheel dealt with prior to doing mods, but still kinda a pain.

Back to the wheel for sale here, heated?If so I'm interested.
