2015 eco boost mustang

Its a Dog. A 4 cylinder in a 3800 pound car. It will be on the boost all the time. They should have put the 3.5 ecoboost in it. That would make more sense. No oner is talking about MPG's which is why Ford did it but The average guy will never see any where near 25 which is what we get in the SHO.
 
Well 3500lbs. Which still heavier than the current model. I wonder what went wrong there cause it was suppose to be 800lbs lighter. Which would have put at 2800lbs and would have made it a very quick car.

Turbos must be HUGE and made of lead...ha ha

well i ordered it on 8/30 14, they say about a 12 week build time.

Ford NEVER said the new model would be lighter OR smaller NEVER. That was all speculation from the media and the fan circle. I would LOVE to see the 2.7l ecoboost in it or our 3.5. IMHO they will expand the engine options over the next several years. They always have in the past with a brand new platform. Start with a small core and expand out a bit.
 
I work for Ford where the Mustang is built, don't recall exactly where I read. But could sworn it was a Ford publication. I never pay any attention to anything else, cause they are usually way off in left field with there info.

I remember lots of mustang owners having issues with their manuel transmission which was made in china,hope they resolved that with the EB MUSTANG.
 
Redrider good luck on the new STANG,the PP is a must in my opinion or dont buy it at all,try to post some pics soon and good luck.
