727HP Mustang GT for $39,999

It looks like a deal... But I'd wonder about shipping (or pick up trip), final prep (I've had dealers repaint body panels with damage), the cost of the financing, etc. Is it to order or a dealer spec car... If your in the market for a pony car it would definitely be worth a call to them to check out the fine print

I work about 15min from this dealership. I'll be more than willing to do an inspection and possibly a weekend delivery!!!! haha

Has anyone actually gone and drove one or talked to the dealer about actual out the door price.  This seems like you can walk away with a Monster for 40G's.  I feel like that's once I could keep in my garage for 20 years. Put about 3K miles a year on it.

It's kind of a publicity scam......There is a big difference between a roush edition mustang and a roush supercharger kit.

My Mustang GT premium track pack without nav costs what they are supposedly selling that car for.

So yea you could buy a STRIPPED down base GT and the supercharger kit alone for that price....So the dealer is putting it on for free? Yeah right!...I've put a supercharger on my old mustang and helped put one on my friend's coyote.

Nobody would buy a bare bones GT and buy an 8K superchager.

There will NOT be any of those on the lot for 39K

seems similar to what the chevy dealerships did in the late 60s with the yanko camaros.

its seems the same but its really not.

still pretty cool though

its legit, a buddy of mine called them. it is a base model gt with zero options so you've got to think about that as well.

local dealer here said they would do the same deal. theres one running around town.

I believe it.  I drove a 16' tricked out track pack and they told me 34k and I could take it home.

A stripper is what 31k? Blower kit around 6k? so they stick an extra 2k for the install and they are ahead.

The only thing Roush about it is the supercharger kit.  Anything above and beyond that is assumed internet fluff.

Like i said....false advertising and a publicity scam....and its a supposed 727 crank hp....thats a cheap blower kit...pretty easy to get that number with an ebay turbo kit

It's not turn key with a warranty if you build a ebay turbo kit.

Explain how it's a scam? All cars are advertised as crank HP, why is that an issue?
