Another not so happy Tommy Z customer

On December 14 I sent Tommy Z $589 for the SHO grille. I was told I would receive it before Christmas. He would respond to my emails within an hour. Of course after he received the payment he would respond to my emails once a week. Well as of today I have not received my SHO grille from Tommy Z. Last time he responded to me was last Monday (1/04/16). He said he would give me back $50 for the delay and would overnight the part to me. In any case I already filed a dispute with my credit card and will never do business with with him again

Thanks I'll have to take a look at that website. Yeah I'm not worried about it. I know my credit card company will get my money back.

Only reason I went thru with the deal was because lately there have been many people on the ecoboost group that have received their grille. And I knew I would get my money back if there was an issue. I hope you got your money back
