Thanks! Ins. deductible is 500...windshield is 250-400 depending on whether I get the F150 logo by the rear view

Why not pawn them. Typical pawn shops give xx number of days to buy merchandise back. IBecause I assume you will want to eventually install these at some point.

Here our pawn shops are very very cheap. And I've had the itch to trade bad. Been looking at other vehicles for a few months. Great idea tho, thanks for the thot

Get a glass insurance option, at least on the next ride... on my policy I pay $5/year and then replacement of any glass with a defect from rock, etc, is free when it occurs... the only requirement is that the crack or star must be larger than a dime (you can influence this if inclined, LOL)...or ... in the driver's line of sight.  I have a '13 SHO that is on it's third windshield... always OEM replacement by provider I choose.. with insurance the total cost to me has been $10 since 9/13.
