Bottom Cover Missing

I had an oil change a few weeks ago at my local friendly Ford Dealer and last weekend while detailing the car noticed the bottom cover missing and was quite upset on the matter because she was bottomless,after a few phone calls with my service advisor he assured me that the service Tech did install the cover back on after the oil change and personally did not want to make a big deal because they have always done the right thing by me,so basically told him to order me a new bottom cover which is over 100.00,so today received a phone call from Ford and they apparently found the old cover which at the same time the new cover just came in and said to keep the new cover no charge,guess someone dropped the ball on this one and lesson learned just make sure your cover is on after any oil change,here's the link to the new one.  Z  http://www.levittownfordoemparts.com/ford/taurus/da8z9910494a/2013-year/sho-trim/3-5l-v6-gas-engine/body-cat/radiator-support-scat/?part_name=rear-deflector

Absolutely correct to point that out because prior to discovering the cover missing noticed the hood vibrating at roughly 60mph and thought i left it opened.  Z
