Brake boosting

You young little whipper snappers can call it what ever you want. But look at the date of the video and you will see it was probably made when you were still in diapers. Therefore the term left foot braking was used first. :-p...

When I was a youngster, we called it "power braking."  Later on, it seemed that the term became "brake torquing."  I think most car mags like C&D use that term.  With more and more turbo cars, apparently the term is now "brake boosting."  When I am at the track, I have heard people use all 3 of these terms, depending upon their age and what they are driving.

Old Fart ;) must be a Cali thing, they do everything backwards there haha. I can assure you I was born before 1990! Seems the term took hold as more turbo cars hit the road/track. Interesting video though, thanks.
