Sorry for going off topic from my previous post, so, in regards to the Charger Hellcat, as it is priced, not really a bad deal imho, same goes for the Challenger.  But, it's probably going to have a serious dealer markup....we'll see.  Stock for stock, it is the fastest.

That GTR is absolutely nuts...no chute either, at that speed...and the Dunkin Donuts bit in the vid was pretty funny.  AMS GTR or Underground Racing Gallardo.....take your pick, both are just insane.

I still cannot find a car under 70k that is awd with a sub 5 sec 0-60.... it's annoying.

for 69K (base price), the Audi RS-5 can do 0-60 in 3.9 secs but can only run a 1/4 mile at 12.3 @ 112. The funny part is that this is also a 4000 plus pound car!!!

After I left Woodward Saturday I went East to Telegraph in order to make it to the highway faster and ran across two white Charger Hellcat Prototypes sitting in a parking lot with a chase car.  We went back to check them out and the drivers freaked out when we started taking pics.  I got out to go look into one and the driver stopped me saying she would loose her job if she allowed the inside of the prototype to be photographed.  It was pretty sweet seeing them that way.  I thought it was odd they wouldn't let us by them since there was a red one on display on Woodward.  I wonder if the interiors on these two mules weren't done yet.

That is weird. Everyone has see the cars. Not sure why it would be a big deal. She deserves to lose her job is she's not watching over it like she should.

Bmw usually has the drivers put a car cover over the car when they park.

Falcon is RWD and can have a supercharged v8 or a turbo 6.  Fusion is Failwheeldrive.  I had two Contour SVT's, good commuter cars, but no BALLS.

Unfortunately, the C-SVT was caught in a period of blah design & power for Ford.  If they had a 2.5L EB in there today coupled to AWD, would be a much different story.

The Falcon GT is almost 500hp. If you look at the package it's impressive (Brembro's and all). Have a look at the vid in the article below. Listen as the GT-F accelerates past the camera. Nothing Ford has had or is planned in the near future is anything like that in North America.

It pisses me off!

All if the Chrysler products I have had (with one exception) just fell apart. You name it, it broke. It's nice to say it's got 700 hp. But I still wouldn't drive one. I'd bet it would spend more time at the dealer than in my driveway.

Ha, I love the refreshed Charger.  They pulled in the corners 6" in to make it not look like a boat.  So much better than the 11-14 gen.

I would have told that fat b**** I'm a reporter with Jalopnik and if you don't let me take pics, your pretty face is going to be posted for the world to see.  Love messing with people...
